The grievance officer handles complaints about personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and is also the escalation point for complaints about courses, fees and this website.
What you can complain about
- Your personal data: anything in the privacy notice that you think we have not honoured, such as a data request we did not act on, data we should not have collected, or a message you did not consent to.
- A course or batch: teaching, material, timings, a change we made, or the way staff dealt with you.
- Fees and refunds: a refund you believe you are entitled to under the refund and cancellation policy.
- This website: an error, an accessibility barrier, or content you think is misleading or unlawful.
How to raise it
- Write to the grievance officer by email, or send a data request from the privacy notice. Phone is fine too, but a written record protects you.
- Include your name, the phone number or email we hold for you, your registration reference if you have one, what happened and what you would like us to do.
- Please use the contact details we hold for you, so we can be sure the request comes from you.
What happens next
- Acknowledgement. We confirm we have received your complaint and give it a reference.
- Review. The grievance officer looks into it and may ask you for more detail.
- Decision. We tell you what we found and what we will do, in writing.
We reply within 30 days. Timelines for data complaints follow the DPDP Act and Rules.
If you are not satisfied
- Personal data: you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, in the manner the DPDP Act and Rules prescribe, after you have given us the chance to resolve it.
- Courses, fees and services: you may approach the consumer dispute redressal forum that has jurisdiction, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Misleading advertising: you may complain to the Central Consumer Protection Authority or the Advertising Standards Council of India.
Nothing on this page limits any right you have under law.
