The course page links to this policy before you register, so you know the terms before you commit. This page is written in the same size and colour as everything else on the site, on purpose.
The policy
If your training hasn’t started, you can cancel and get a refund of the fee you paid. Once training has started, fees are not refundable. To cancel, call or WhatsApp us before your first class.
What this policy covers
It covers fees paid for the ETA course, in any format. Guides, games and quizzes cost nothing, so nothing is refundable there. Payment itself is arranged with our staff and never through this website, so a refund is also arranged with our staff.
How to ask
- Tell us through the enquiry form (topic “Fees & payment”), on WhatsApp or by phone, with your registration reference, before your first class.
- Our staff confirm what you are entitled to under this policy and how the refund will reach you.
- The refund goes back the way the fee was paid.
We never ask you to share bank or card details, UPI details or screenshots of payments through this website or its forms.
Taxes
GST is charged extra on top of the course fee. Our academic counsellor tells you the fee and the GST before you register; no amount is published on this website.

Ask us before you register if any part of this policy is unclear. Unresolved complaints follow the grievance process.
